She began her career in Chicago, where she spent a decade working in administration for a family office, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, organization, and executive support.

Heather later made her way to Austin, where she continued her work in administration with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and steady leadership style, Heather brings a practical, people-focused approach to keeping operations running smoothly.
